At Formulary55, we're confident that you'll fall in love with your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, your satisfaction is our first priority. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us at sales@formulary55.com. We’re here to make it right!

Damage: In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please send us a photo. We insure all our shipments and will handle everything with the carrier on your behalf. We will quickly send a replacement, so you can enjoy your products as intended.

Incorrect Address: To ensure your order reaches you without a hitch, please double-check your shipping address during checkout. While we cannot refund orders sent to an incorrect address, if a package is returned to us due to a misaddress, we’ll work with you to get it where it needs to go. A second delivery charge may apply.

I Don’t Like What I Ordered: We believe you’ll love what you receive, but if it’s not exactly what you hoped for, we’re happy to offer an exchange for shop credit on unopened items. Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase. 

Sale Items: Discounted items are sold "as-is" and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Batch Variations: Our products are crafted by hand using natural ingredients, which means slight variations can occur from batch to batch. These small differences are part of what makes our products unique and special.
