Hope your week has been amazing! With Earth Day just behind us, we wanted to share our ongoing journey at Formulary 55 to make more earth-friendly choices. We’re not perfect (who is?), but we’re committed to making each new decision a little better for you and our planet.

🌎 Small Steps, Big Impact

The beauty industry creates over 120 billion units of packaging every year—yikes! That’s why we’re always looking for ways to shrink our footprint.

One move we’ve made: offering our hand & body crèmes in aluminum tubes. Aluminum can be recycled forever without losing quality, and recycling it uses 95 % less energy than producing new aluminum. Win-win!

💫 Our Waste-Reduction Journey

Meet our Mother Earth soap bars—one of our favorite sustainability practices! When we have soaps that aren’t quite perfect for sale, we melt them down and create these one-of-a-kind bars instead of tossing them.

Each “Mother Earth” bar has its own unique fragrance blend that’s never repeated twice—a limited-edition scent just for you! It’s our way of turning “oops” moments into something special while keeping perfectly good ingredients out of landfills.

💧 Clean for You, Clean for the Planet

We stay committed to formulations that are free from:

• Phthalates (hard to spell, even harder on the environment!)
• Parabens
• SLS

What goes down our drains matters just as much as what goes on our skin—and of course, we never test on animals.

While we’re proud of our clean ingredients, we know there’s always room to grow. We’re constantly researching and evolving as new information and technologies emerge.
