Can I be totally honest? I've been dabbling in meditation these past few months, and I felt like I was just... sitting there? (Anyone else?)
Everything changed after a chat with a former colleague who's deep into her meditation practice. She recommended Jeff Warren's "Mindfulness for Beginners" 30-day class on the Calm app, and wow - game changer! Finally, meditation clicked.
